Product Description and Content

Woodvale Fish & Lily Farm attempts to be as accurate as possible on all product descriptions and  content of this site.  If a product offered by Woodvale Fish & Lily Farm is not as described, please return it in unused condition.

All content, articles, fact sheets and literature is of a general nature.  Seeking independent advice specific to your needs is recommended.


All purchases and payments received are NOT processed until Woodvale Fish and Lily Farm can verify that the stock is available and ready to dispatch.

All purchases received  will  be ready to dispatch on the next business day, unless advised otherwise

We accept payment by credit card through a secure payment gateway.  At no point do we hold your credit card details.

When you purchase goods from this website you are authorising us to deduct the total amount (product plus delivery fee) from your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We will provide a receipt to you with delivery of your order. You must keep this receipt for all exchanges, refunds or warranty claims.

We are unable to provide additional copies of receipts.

When placing an order through this website you agree to purchase the selected product for the price notified on this website (including delivery) at the time you place your order.

All prices quoted on this website include GST.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice (excluding order of products already confirmed)

We retain the right to reject any order.

We will notify you of any rejection of order in a reasonable timeframe via email or telephone.

If a product you order is not in stock we will contact you via email or telephone to advise an estimated delivery date. You have the option of waiting for the product, choosing a different product, or canceling your order.

Delivery and Purchase of Live Fish

There is always a degree of risk when shipping live fish,  Woodvale Fish & Lily Farm will do everything they can to ensure their safe arrival, but  the onus  remains with the purchaser to ensure that they handle fish carefully and quickly to minimize stress and to ensure that your water is ready to receive fish.   If there is any doubts or concerns you must notify Woodvale Fish & Lily Farm immediately.

We reserve the right to halt a delivery if there are un favorable  weather conditions.

You will be notified of the time that the Fish  leave Woodvale Fish and Lily Farm,  they will be delivered within a 4 hour period, the onus is on you to be there to accept delivery.

If you are not there to accept delivery the fish will be left at the specified address.

The fish will be in large bags filled with oxygen and packed in foam or cardboard boxes. Live Marron and Yabbies will be in ice.

You must notify us within 24hours if there is a problem, otherwise any claim may/will  be rejected at our discretion.

Delivery of General Products

With the exception of Live Fish all deliveries will be sent as an “authority to leave” basis, we accept no responsibility for loss once goods have been delivered.

Any products arriving damaged will require you to send us a photo via email and or contact us by phone within 24 hours of receipt, so we can verify and rectify.

Returns or Problems

Please choose carefully we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.

We do not exchange or accept returns of plants.

If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from us please contact us directly either by telephone or email outlining the problem.

Exchanges and refunds will be available on any product that is faulty or incorrectly described. Please contact us by phone or email so we can rectify.

All products purchased come with their own Manufacturer’s Warranty. Manufacturers may provide a manufacturer’s warranty that can be extended upon registration (i.e. 2 x 1year). You must register with the manufacturer directly in order to obtain this additional warranty.  Registration is lodged with the manufacturer, not with Woodvale Fish and Lily Farm.

We will require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

Any warranties and/or refunds do not include shipping costs.
